Job summary

Realty Center Management is seeking a Lead Maintenance professional in Tyler, TX to oversee complex maintenance operations across our properties. You will ensure preventative systems are in place, lead a maintenance team, and drive high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, EPA certification, and 3–5+ years of property maintenance experience. A valid driver’s license is required; Yardi is used for work orders.

• Driver’s License required.
• 3–5+ years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• CPO Certification preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Lead maintenance staff and ensure safety, compliance, and quality workmanship.
• Manage work orders, unit turns, scheduling, and cost control.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and logs.
