Job summary

Advanced Asset Management (AAM Living) seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day property maintenance across our Texas portfolio. You will manage work orders, perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs, and lead unit turns, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely completions.

This role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, hands-on skills across building systems, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting.

Qualifications

2+ years of property maintenance or apartment maintenance experience.
Hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
Valid driver's license.
English communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Complete and prioritize maintenance work orders and service requests.
Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general property repairs.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections of units and common areas.
Complete unit turns, make-readies, and property upkeep.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with vendors when specialized repairs are required.
Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance inventory.
Support property maintenance operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
