Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant signaling education preferred.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience in property management.
• Ability to supervise skilled and unskilled workers and coordinate tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities across property to ensure safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Director for emergencies.
• Manage resident service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, inspections, and inventories.
• Oversee contractors, stock control, and refurbishing of apartments.
