Job summary

Integrity is seeking a Lead Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of the community, ensuring safe, clean, and well‑maintained living environments for residents, visitors and staff. The role includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance duties, with on‑call responsibilities.

You will schedule and oversee maintenance tasks, work with assistants, and ensure safety standards are followed; travel between properties and coordinate with management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience requested.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems beneficial.
• Certifications such as CAMT or CPO encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect property facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform routine and minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders promptly (typically within 24 hours).
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and manager; travel between properties may be required.
