Phillips 66 is seeking a Field Technician to support safe, reliable operations by inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance, and coordinating field crews across pipeline and dehydration systems.

The role involves troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and rotating equipment, reading P&ID drawings, and participating in startup/shutdown of gas compression, with on-call duties and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of oil and gas operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work on-call and extended hours.

Aufgaben

• Inspect equipment and facilities for health and safety.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and electrical systems.
• Supervise field crews and coordinate with on-site contractors.
• Perform startup/shutdown of gas compression equipment.
• Maintain records and read P&ID drawings.
• Operate PLC/HMI and related controls.
