Job summary

Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Manager, Engineering to own and optimize a PET/Facility process, lead maintenance and improvements, and coordinate cross-functional teams across shifts. The role requires GMP experience, technical leadership, and collaboration with operations, MSAT, and suppliers.

Responsibilities include ensuring validated processes, managing asset life cycles, writing technical docs, and supporting regulatory inspections as process owner.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP or regulated production environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Problem solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own asset reliability, availability, PM content, effectiveness and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and performance management for engineering and technical personnel.
• Author and review SOPs, batch records, change controls and validation documents.
• Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and risk analysis of spare parts inventory.
