Barge Properties is looking for a dependable and experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations.

This full-time position requires strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with leadership skills to ensure high-quality maintenance and resident satisfaction.

A successful candidate will perform hands-on maintenance, respond to service requests, and ensure properties are move-in ready.
