Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Multifamily to maintain the physical integrity of our apartment communities. This on-site role supports resident satisfaction and asset preservation, working with the Property Manager to diagnose issues and prepare vacant units.

You will perform routine and emergency maintenance, handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure timely repairs and safety across properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment or facilities maintenance.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a team.
• On-call rotation and flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on residential units and common areas.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry issues.
• Complete service requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready).
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain grounds and assist with upkeep and safety compliance.
• Communicate with residents regarding timelines and updates.
