TAM Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance across the community. Lead maintenance operations, perform repairs, preventative tasks, and emergency responses with strong leadership.

You will supervise maintenance staff, perform inspections, manage work orders, coordinate with residents, and ensure safety standards to deliver exceptional service for residents and the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance required.
• HVAC certification required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work orders and projects.
• If job duties require the use of a vehicle, must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and complete resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Remain on-call 24/7 in accordance with schedule for emergencies.
• Perform routine inspections of property systems and areas.
• Maintain storage and maintenance shops with inventory and organization.
• Provide guidance and train maintenance staff and groundskeepers.
• Ensure upkeep of pools, playgrounds, and recreational areas.
• Inspect and prepare vacant apartments for move-in readiness (min 5 per week).
• Travel to TAM Residential communities as needed.
