Job summary

TAM Residential in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to safeguard the property's safety, functionality, and appearance. You will oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, and manage preventative tasks across apartments, amenities, and common areas.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to resident service. You'll train staff, coordinate with vendors, and respond to emergencies while upholding TAM Residential safety

Qualifications

Previous experience in apartment maintenance is required.
HVAC certification is required.
CPO certification is required.
Proficiency with maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work orders and projects.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and insurance if using a vehicle or golf cart.

Responsibilities

Oversee and complete maintenance operations for apartments, amenities, and common areas.
Lead and train maintenance staff, porters, and groundskeepers.
Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
Ensure safety standards, chemicals storage, and MSDS compliance.
Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of property systems.
