Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and perform basic calculations.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive as needed.

Responsibilities

• Creates a respectful living environment aligned with the organization's mission, values, and residents.
• Responds to emergencies and performs repairs to maintain safety and minimize property damage; on-call 24/7.
• Develops maintenance goals and participates in capital planning and preventative programs.
• Supervises vendors and monitors on-site contractors; assists pest control during inspections.
• Performs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks as needed.
• Maintains inventory, processes bids, and ensures adherence to safety and asset protection policies.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
