Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, and coordinate preventative maintenance across our community. This role requires hands-on technical skills, leadership, and a commitment to safety and exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests within 24 hours when possible, supervising staff, inspecting systems, and traveling to other TAM communities as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance required.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize work orders and projects.
• Able to work independently and lead maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and performance of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to resident and property emergencies and on-call rotations.
• Inspect property systems, maintain inventories, and supervise staff.
• Prepare vacant units, travel to other TAM communities, and assist with resident events.
