Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• A valid driver's license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Train, mentor, and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and IIs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
