Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance our apartment communities. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, manage work orders, and ensure vacant homes are rent-ready.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• HVAC (CFC) certification or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and completing repairs on time.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
