Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Massachusetts to maintain and enhance apartment homes. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, supervise junior techs, and ensure timely service requests are completed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to be on-call.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) required or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and other maintenance areas.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders; complete tasks promptly.
• Ensure vacant units and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work as needed.
• Train, mentor and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct regular preventative maintenance (PM) of the community.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safety-focused culture by following Vivmark policies.
• Perform Hot Works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
