Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license and ability to participate in on-call schedule.
• Ability to read policies and safely handle cleaning chemicals and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other systems to maintain community operations.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders; complete repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant units and garages are rent-ready with turnkey services.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II on tasks and safety.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and daily inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Maintain a safe working environment following Vivmark safety policies.
