Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to lead a variety of maintenance tasks across facilities. The role involves minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting and drywall, plus driving a company van to multiple sites to complete work.

You will guide other staff, set priorities, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. The position requires a High School diploma (or equivalent), at least 3 years in related maintenance, and valid driving credentials.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Experience handling hazardous materials/situations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting and drywall.
• Operate a company van to sites and perform on-site maintenance.
• Coordinate and supervise other maintenance staff, set priorities, and ensure quality workmanship.
