Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp seeks a Maintenance Technician II to lead general maintenance tasks across sites, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, and drywall. The role includes driving a company van to sites and coordinating tasks for a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include directing team members, prioritizing work, and implementing property improvements while supporting project completion. Compensation ranges from $25.25 to $31.56 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Hazardous materials handling and safety practices experience.
• Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Location-based bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead general maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, painting, drywall.
• Drive a company van to site locations to perform maintenance.
• Provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate projects and monitor staff.
• Help complete projects and implement improvements to properties.
