Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Eligible to safely operate company vehicles with limited DMV issues.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting, and drywall patching.
• Operate a company van to multiple sites to complete maintenance tasks.
• Ensure building structures are properly maintained and safe.
