Qualifications

• Pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains doors, locks, windows, fixtures, and flooring.
• Lead capacity for other maintenance workers and prioritize work.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing tasks and HVAC inspections.
• Maintain custodial duties including cleaning, restrooms, trash removal, and supplies.
