TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, functionality, and appeal of the community. You will oversee maintenance operations, perform repairs, conduct preventive tasks, and respond to emergencies with leadership of a hands-on team.

Responsibilities include inspecting systems, guiding staff, and maintaining compliance while delivering exceptional service to residents. This full-time role requires reliability, technical expertise, and strong customer-focused

Competenze

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is required.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools, equipment and repair techniques.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize work orders.

Mansioni

• Oversee maintenance operations and repairs for apartments, amenities, and common areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Train maintenance staff, porters, and groundskeepers.
• Respond to resident requests and safety/compliance issues promptly.
