Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of skilled mechanics at our distribution center in Georgia. You will oversee daily maintenance, diagnose issues, and implement preventive programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety and compliance.

You will manage scheduling, assign work orders, and collaborate with DC leadership to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires a strong background in conveyors, motor controls, and MHE, with a focus on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance and supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and safety procedures.
• Maintenance and repairs of conveyors, motor controls, and MHE.
• Strong analytical skills to gather data and develop solutions.
• Excellent management, leadership, communication, organizational, and administrative abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering-related programs.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. or more and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• Oversee equipment repair and maintenance; assign work orders and perform diagnoses when needed.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure schedules.
