Job summary
Burlington Stores is hiring a Maintenance Lead Technician in Georgia's Ellabell area. The role focuses on keeping material handling equipment available, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and guiding junior technicians on shift Friday–Sunday (1st shift).
You’ll work with conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and power distribution, while ensuring safety and accuracy in maintenance tasks. The position calls for a strong foundation in electrical/mechanical maintenance, familiarity with
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical or community college degree preferred for maintenance work.
- Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance and MHE safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of MHE including conveyors, robotics, and ASRS.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, relays, sensors, and power distribution up to 480V.
- Develop work plans and perform early repairs for critical assets.
- Operate Burlington-owned vehicles for exterior and trailer yard maintenance.
- Create and close Work Orders with labor hours and parts used.
