Job summary

Hawthorne at Lily Flagg seeks a Maintenance Technician III to diagnose and repair in a high-standard apartment community. You will mentor junior techs, lead preventative maintenance, and ensure on-time completion of complex work orders.

Requirements include HVAC certification, 3 years in property maintenance or a skilled trade, and a valid driver’s license. You will contribute to safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• EPA/HVAC Certification and CPO Certification are required or strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all service requests meet Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status for next move-in.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
