Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our on-site team. You will diagnose and repair complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and lead preventative maintenance programs across our apartment communities. The role requires HVAC certification, and experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and team leadership.

A valid driver’s license and EPA/HVAC, CPO certifications are required. Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring of maintenance team.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Problem solving and timely repair diagnosis and execution.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Assure all service requests are completed by Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make-ready status per company standards.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company policy.
