Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Boca Raton, FL. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more to maintain resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in maintenance work.
HVAC repair knowledge.
Valid driver’s license.
HVAC (CFC certifications required — or willingness/desire to learn).
Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring and other maintenance areas.
Assist with creating and organizing work orders and complete assigned repairs in a timely manner.
Ensure vacant apartment homes and car garages are rent-ready in a timely manner including turnkey tasks such as cleaning and painting.
Train and oversee maintenance technicians I and II.
Conduct apartment preventative maintenance (PM).
Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain safety culture per Vivmark’s policies and procedures.
Perform hot works, including brazing, soldering, and welding as applicable.
