Vivmark Residential in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician who will diagnose, repair, and oversee maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and building systems.

You will mentor technicians, perform preventative maintenance, ensure rent-ready units, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional resident experiences. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver's license; HVAC (CFC) certification required or willingness/desire to learn.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule and communicate with team and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, and other building components.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs to standards and in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey tasks.
• Train, mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and daily inspections of grounds and buildings.
• Maintain safety culture by following policies and procedures.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
