Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Calabasas, CA. This full-time role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances while ensuring turn-key readiness of vacant homes and overseeing junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certs or willingness to learn).
• Ability to rotate on-call schedule monthly.
• Strong customer service communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Organize and complete work orders and maintenance tasks promptly.
• Ensure vacants are rent-ready with turnkey work, including cleaning and repairs.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspect grounds for upkeep.
• Follow Vivmark safety policies to maintain an injury-free culture.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
• Eligible for housing discounts and cell-phone reimbursement.
