Vivmark Residential in California (Burbank) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to maintain our apartment community and uphold high standards of comfort and safety for residents. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks, ensure units are rent-ready, perform preventative maintenance, and support on‑call rotation with a focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

2–3 years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
Valid driver’s license.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
Ability to read policies and SDS (Hazard Communication Safety Data Sheets).

Responsabilités

Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management systems.
Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly; perform turnkey work as required.
Conducts apartment preventative maintenance.
Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
Performs hot works including brazing, soldering, and welding.
