Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Level 3) to drive operational excellence on high-speed beverage packaging lines in North Las Vegas. You will lead diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and overhauls across fillers, cappers, labelers, and packaging equipment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance, strong electrical/PLC skills, and hands-on machining and welding capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial manufacturing.
Strong electrical and PLC background; troubleshooting panels and drives.
Mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining, and welding proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostics and preventive maintenance on high-speed packaging lines.
Install, calibrate, and program automation equipment, including PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, robotics, and line control systems.
Design equipment recipes and configure control systems to maximize throughput and reduce downtime.
Custom-fabricate replacement components using machine shop equipment, lathes, mills, and welding tools.
Lead complex shift overhauls and mentor junior technicians on advanced electrical diagnostics and PM routines.
Enforce GMP, HACCP, SQF, LOTO, and OSHA safety compliance.
