Job summary

TemperPack is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Las Vegas facility to oversee daily maintenance of production equipment and facilities. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance, and ensure safety compliance in all activities.

Strong knowledge of industrial controls, electrical systems, and PLCs is required. You will manage shift plans, mentor junior mechanics, and maintain accurate maintenance records while collaborating with

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians.
• Experience with extrusion or lamination machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Familiar with PLC ladder logic and industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Staff and oversee duties of designated crew members.
• Lead preventative and routine mechanical maintenance on machines.
• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.
• Enforce safety practices and LOTO procedures.
• Maintain logs and PM records; update machine logs with errors and repairs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuous operations.
