Job summary

C-P Flexible Packaging seeks a Hands-On Maintenance Supervisor to lead our Buffalo, NY maintenance team on the shop floor. You will diagnose faults, drive asset reliability, and ensure compliance with regulatory audits for a high-speed packaging facility.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, experience with Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, Rexroth/Emerson servo drives, and a track record in a food-packaging environment. A plant-level leadership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of maintenance supervisory or lead technician experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven field technician with active troubleshooting mastery across automated machinery.
• Strong organization and audit-heavy record-keeping for regulatory inspections.
• Experience in Flexible Packaging Manufacturing and web handling is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team on the production floor and diagnose faults.
• Maintain audit-ready facility records for inspections and regulators (OSHA, EPA, NYSDEC, NYSDOL).
• Oversee CMMS usage, asset history, and maintenance scheduling.
• Drive MTTR reductions and ensure high-volume machinery reliability.
