Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to drive quality and safety across our apartment communities in Acton, MA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and carpentry while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and completing repairs timely.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes and car garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train and oversee Junior Maintenance Technicians.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspect grounds daily.
