Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Raleigh, NC to support the operation and maintenance of building systems inside a client facility, focusing on material handling equipment and robotic systems.

You will perform preventative maintenance, repair electrical and mechanical issues, and document all activities while ensuring safety procedures are followed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher in mechanical/electrical field preferred.
• 1 year of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and robotics.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
