Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician at the San Antonio plant to maintain and repair production equipment, including electro-mechanical systems. Training starts on Day shift 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday, with a transition to Night shift in 2027 and a 10% shift differential.

A $1,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support up to $7,500 are offered to eligible candidates willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience
• Associate degree in maintenance, mechanical or electrical related field

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical production equipment.
• Diagnoses equipment failures and supports corrective actions.
• Maintains documentation in CMMS per procedures.
• Adheres to EHS guidelines and safety protocols.
• Participates in 5S and continuous improvement efforts.
• Communicates issues and countersmeasures to leads and supervisors.
