The Maintenance Technician II performs a lead role while performing a variety of general maintenance responsibilities, including minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, work, painting, and drywall repair. The Technician drives a company van to various sites to perform maintenance tasks and is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of building structures as appropriate. The Technician provides direction, establishes priorities, assigns tasks, coordinates work projects, and monitors the efforts of other employees as necessary. Furthermore, the Technician assists as needed in completing projects and implementing improvements within properties.
$25.25 - $31.56 hourly

The range is subject to change.
