Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests and perform hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will prepare market-ready apartments and help manage grounds, with duties expanding to supervisory tasks when the Service Manager is away.

The role requires a valid driver's license, knowledge of housing laws, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Computer literacy and ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• EPA Type I and II or Universal certification within 90 days of hire if required.

Responsabilités

• Promptly address resident service requests.
• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks across trades.
• Prepare market-ready apartments and maintain grounds.
• Conduct regular community inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Step in to managerial duties in the absence of the Service Manager.
