AvalonBay Communities, Inc. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Woodland Hills, CA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, oversee other technicians, and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy while maintaining the property to high standards.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to perform general maintenance repairs and preventive tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances to maintain community standards.
• Assist with organizing and completing work orders and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II on assigned tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily site inspections; uphold safety policies.
