Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to perform general maintenance repairs and preventive tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances to maintain community standards.
• Assist with organizing and completing work orders and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II on assigned tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily site inspections; uphold safety policies.
