Job summary

Amcor Jackson, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician Lead to supervise maintenance staff across shifts, coordinate PMs, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will work with production, quality, automation, and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant operations and continuous improvement.

Lead by example in safety, workmanship, documentation, and teamwork while driving corrective actions and effective problem solving in a 12-hour shift environment within a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting.
• Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Capable of lifting up to 35lbs.
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lead by supervising maintenance staff across shifts.
• Coordinate and communicate daily work assignments and PM schedules.
• Support production, quality, automation and maintenance teams for reliability.
• Audit maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Participate in training and onboarding of technicians and operators.
