Job summary

Amcor in Jackson, TN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve plant equipment and facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with production and quality teams to meet plant goals, perform repairs, and document activities in a structured maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Ability to read, interpret and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic and PLC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill sets; capable of safe operation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and improve plant equipment and facilities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Document repairs, maintenance and safety checks; participate in PMs and routine inspections.
• Adhere to safety standards, use LOTO, and support GMP and ISO guidelines.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet plant goals.
