Job summary

Amcor in Jackson, TN is seeking a Facility Service Technician to maintain the building and grounds of the plant. This role includes operating and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and GMP standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, small engines, landscaping, and custodial work. Physical mobility and PPE use are required, with typical daytime hours and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Prefer 3+ years past experience within electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, small engine mechanics, landscaping & custodial.
• Capable of physical mobility including sitting, bending, twisting, standing, and lifting up to 35lbs.
• Must follow Safety requirements including PPE and ISO/Quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain equipment.
• Maintain building(s) and grounds including lights, restrooms, and general upkeep.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing and electrical systems; fix doors/windows.
• Follow Safety & Quality Absolutes and ISO requirements.
• Other tasks as assigned and supervise project execution when needed.
