Roberts Resorts & Communities is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee upkeep, repairs, and safety across our residential properties. The role requires leadership of maintenance staff, scheduling, and adherence to high quality standards to ensure a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in maintenance, solid knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, carpentry, and be comfortable reporting findings and planning repairs.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a general maintenance role, preferably in campground, resort, or residential housing.
• Experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of heating, plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Proficient with hand tools, power equipment and commercial machinery.
• Ability to provide legible written reports and work independently or in a team.
• On-call availability and after-hours emergency responsiveness.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Mansioni

• Lead maintenance staff, assign daily work orders, and monitor progress.
• Inspect community facilities to ensure safety, curb appeal, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Plan and execute property maintenance and improvement plans; assist with inspections.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; ensure proper safety practices.
• Prepare quarterly reports detailing projects and outcomes.
