Wendover Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead for a vibrant multifamily community. You will lead the maintenance team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service across units and common areas.

You will supervise repairs, coordinate preventive care, and mentor staff while handling inventory, budgets, and compliance. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• CAMT and/or CPO preferred.
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting.
• Driver’s license and reliable vehicle as needed.
• Proactive problem solving with a service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all maintenance operations and lead a team in a multifamily community.
• Mentor staff, schedule work, and coordinate daily activities.
• Respond to resident service requests with urgency and care.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical, irrigation, and more.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and maintain safety across the community.
• Manage inventory, budget, and supplies; uphold clean, safe work areas.
• Support emergency and weather-related response as needed.
