Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to work onsite at the Southington, CT facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose complex equipment issues, and contribute to process improvements while documenting changes and coordinating installations.

Strong leadership and the ability to train other plant personnel are essential. The role requires 6–10 years of industrial mechanical/electrical experience, welding and fabrication skills, and the ability

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High School diploma required; an Associate degree is preferred.
Requires 6–10 years of experience with industrial mechanical/electrical systems.
Welding, pipe fitting, sheet metal work, and/or hydraulic hose fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repair on complex production equipment and systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment problems; prepare technical reports.
Support production with maintenance, improvements, and equipment upgrades.
Act as technical resource and mentor less experienced technicians.
Plan, coordinate, install and perform operational checkouts for equipment and processes.
Train plant personnel on procedures and operations as directed.
