Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment used in medical device production.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and repair or replace components across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Troubleshoot machine controllers, electrical systems, PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, vacuum pumps, and other automated systems.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment history in maintenance logs and CMMS.
• Support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and reliability initiatives with engineering and manufacturing teams.
