Job summary

Tuta Healthcare Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Southington, CT manufacturing facility. This 1st shift, Monday through Friday, role performs preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment and systems, and conducts analyses to improve efficiency and yield.

You will troubleshoot advanced equipment, document procedures, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with cGMP standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required. An associate degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Requires 6-10 years’ experience with industrial mechanical, electrical or similar systems.
• Must pass the technical skills test.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment problems.
• Prepare technical reports documenting equipment modifications and maintenance procedures.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced technicians.
• Coordinate and install equipment and perform operational checkouts.
