Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment at our Southington, CT facility. You will troubleshoot, analyze failures, and document modifications to improve efficiency and yield.

The role requires working 1st shift, M-F, 100% onsite, and mentoring peers while collaborating with production teams to ensure continuous operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Requires 6–10 years’ experience with industrial mechanical, electrical or similar systems.
• Welding, pipe fitting, sheet metal work, and/or hydraulic hose fabrication experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team with other technicians and provide direct support to the production team for maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on complex production equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex equipment problems; prepare technical reports on modifications and maintenance procedures.
• Lead and mentor less experienced technicians and participate in maintenance improvement discussions.
