Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of related work experience.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience supporting equipment process improvements and reliability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment used in medical device production.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and repair or replace components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot machine controllers, PLCs, robotics, electrical systems, and pumps.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment history in CMMS and logs.
• Support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and reliability initiatives.
• Assist with redesigning or modifying systems for integration.
