Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Senior Maintenance on the 2nd shift (M-F, 2pm-10pm) at our Metals Plant in Chesterfield, MI. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery, troubleshoot from schematics, and support maintenance activities across the plant.

Qualifications

• Approximately three to five years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• High school diploma, Technical school certificate or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment using manual and power tools, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues by reading electrical/hydraulic schematics and using testing equipment.
• Perform building, machinery, and equipment repairs, installations, and modifications with hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and electrical skills.
• Maintain departmental files of work orders and maintenance histories.
• Lead and direct other maintenance personnel.
