Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Montpelier, IN area. The role offers a 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) with training on first shift and a starting wage of $30.18 per hour plus a 5% shift differential.

You will work on preventative maintenance, disassemble/reassemble equipment, and perform repairs on machinery. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with PM systems and PLC troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with PM systems and PLC troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment per established schedules.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery per guidelines.
• Perform repairs, installations, or modifications on equipment.
• Prepare material lists for tasks.
• Operate PIV and aerial lift.
• Maintain housekeeping and 6S standards.
